CVS series intelligent central vacuum system is developed by German UNIVACUM technical experts, authorized Shanghai Yulong Vacuum Pump Co., Ltd. carefully manufactured intelligent liquid ring pump complete set of vacuum equipment. It has the advantages of compact structure, mature application and reasonable configuration. CVS series intelligent central vacuum system is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, plastic, electronics, new energy, circulating water supply and other industries and applications, is a replacement product to replace the existing simple liquid ring vacuum pump unit. It is especially suitable for vacuum water diversion before the start of large pumps in water plants, power plants, papermaking, petrochemical and other industries, and can replace the traditional structure type of installing a foot valve at the inlet of the suction pipeline when the large pump tank water is installed, so as to reduce the loss of the suction pipeline and improve the suction performance of the pump.
Product features

Highly reliable liquid ring vacuum pump. The vacuum pump impeller adopts 9-4 copper alloy cast impeller, which has high strength and good corrosion resistance; The distribution plate and pump body are sprayed with Teflon coating, which is corrosion-resistant, non-fouling and has high efficiency; The motor adopts a special high-precision motor, no channeling, reliable operation.
No water supply is required during operation. The system is equipped with a gas-water separator and a large-capacity internal circulating water tank, and the system works normally for 15 days without water replenishment, especially suitable for occasions where there is no water source.
