Product overview
YLZJ(B) type rotary lobe vacuum pump with relief valve is a rotary variable displacement vacuum pump, which uses a pair of figure-8 rotors in the pump housing for constant velocity reverse rotation to produce suction and exhaust effect. A self-weight valve is installed between the intake and exhaust ports of the pump, and the valve opens automatically when the pressure difference between the exhaust port and the intake port exceeds the self-weight of the valve. This pressure difference is the max pressure difference that the pump can operate reliably. Roots vacuum pumps with relief valves therefore have automatic overload prevention.
This series of pumps are made of imported processing center, the pump body, both end faces and both end covers are sealed with O-rings, and the cylindrical pin positioning holes are processed and formed at one time, with good interchangeability of parts and convenient maintenance.
Roots vacuum pumps cannot be used alone, only tandem backing pumps. Different vacuum pumps can be selected as backing pumps, such as screw pumps, rotary vane pumps, liquid ring pumps, etc. When the screw pump and liquid ring pump are selected as the backing pump, it is especially suitable for occasions where a large amount of condensable gas needs to be extracted

●It can do electroless nickel plating, Hastelloy plating and spraying fluorine coating treatment for the gas circulation part, and can resist the corrosion of various acids, alkalis and organic solvents
