Product overview
XD series vacuum pumps are single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pumps suitable for low and medium vacuum applications, mainly used to remove air and other dry gases. However, it cannot pump corrosive, toxic, flammable, explosive gases, nor can it pump gases containing tiny particles or dust, let alone transport other small objects. It is one of the main equipment for low and medium vacuum, it can be used alone or can be a pre-pump of mechanical booster vacuum pump, worm gear molecular vacuum pump.
XD series vacuum pump can work for a long time in the ambient temperature of 5~30 °C, humidity ≤ 80%, and well-ventilated room.

In addition to the above application range, the XD series vacuum pump can also expand its application range. As:
1. If you want to increase the pumping volume and improve the vacuum, it can be combined with roots pump into the form of a unit.
2. If humid air or condensable gas is sucked, a condenser can be installed in front of the vacuum pump, and a gas ballast valve can be installed on the vacuum pump.
3. If the gas with dust particles is sucked, a dust filter can be installed before the vacuum pump.
4. If corrosive gas is sucked, a corrosion-proof gas filter can be installed before the vacuum pump.
