2XZ-B series rotary vane vacuum pump has high speed, small size, light weight, muffler device at the exhaust port, low noise and low vibration. The shaft is equipped with a pump stop to prevent oil return, which prevents the pump oil from returning to the pump chamber in the tank after the pump stops rotating, so it is easy to start. 2. Equipped with gas ballast valve, when extracting air containing a small amount of water vapor, opening the gas ballast valve can avoid water vapor condensation after water mixed into the oil, prolong the service life of pump oil. 3. The exhaust port is equipped with an oil mist trap to eliminate the exhaust oil mist, and oil collection measures are attached to the outside of the shaft seal to prevent the shaft seal from leaking oil and avoid environmental pollution. Suitable for electronics, refrigeration, electric light source, chemical, medical, bottle gall, packaging, dehydration, drying and other industries. The motor power is 0.37~1.5KW, the pumping speed is 2~15L/S, and the ultimate vacuum degree is 2×10-2Pa.
