Liquid ring pump vacuum unit is a series of liquid ring pump complete chemical unit developed and designed by Shanghai Yulong Vacuum Pump Co., Ltd. on the basis of many years of scientific research achievements and production experience, and widely absorbing domestic and foreign advanced technology and application experience. Perfect Configuration of Mainframe
The host is equipped with new liquid ring pumps 2BEA, UNV, 2BE5 and other pumps, which can save 15%~20% energy compared with ordinary liquid ring pumps. The newly designed UNP type atmospheric injection vacuum pump and Roots vacuum pump can be used as the pre-stage pump to increase the vacuum range of the unit, and the maximum vacuum of the unit equipped with the new UNP series atmospheric injection vacuum pump can reach an absolute pressure of 10hPa.

Configuration of gas-liquid separator
The gas-liquid separator effectively separates the gas-liquid mixture discharged from the liquid ring pump, and the liquid is cooled down and returned to the liquid ring pump for use as working fluid. The gas-liquid separator is divided into two forms: ordinary type and high-efficiency type. The liquid phase separation rate of ordinary type reaches 90%, while the separation rate of high-efficiency type can reach 99%. High-efficiency gas-liquid separator is mainly used in the working liquid is polluted or the working liquid is expensive occasions.
Heat exchanger configuration with large margin
The unit selects good tube-type and plate-type heat exchangers, and the condensation heat carried along with the inlet liquid is taken into consideration when selecting the heat exchanger, and it is guaranteed that 20% of the heat exchanger area is reserved. The heat exchangers are mainly tube heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger.
Tube heat exchanger is widely used in chemical units with corrosive effect due to high pressure bearing and small pressure drop, while plate heat exchanger has high heat transfer efficiency, small size and low cost, and can also be used in units with low corrosion resistance requirement.
The unit gets monitoring
A. Pressure transmitter (or pressure gauge) is set on the inlet pipe: real-time monitoring of the system vacuum to maintain the stability of the system vacuum and to meet the requirements of the system for the vacuum value. When the system vacuum is too high, the return line of the unit will be opened to ensure the safety of system operation. When the system requires higher and better vacuum, the atmospheric jet vacuum pump (if any) set in the unit will be turned on, and after the jet is put into operation, it can effectively improve the system vacuum and protect the liquid ring pump to run safely and creatively.
B. Pressure, temperature and liquid level monitoring instruments are set up on the gas-water separator to monitor the working status of the gas-water separator: the pressure transmitter mainly monitors whether the discharge pressure meets the operating requirements of the unit and the system, the temperature monitoring equipment mainly monitors the temperature change of the gas-water separator parts during the operation of the unit, and the liquid level monitoring equipment mainly monitors whether the liquid level in the separator is normal.
C. Pressure, flow and temperature monitoring instruments are set on the inlet pipe of the liquid ring pump to monitor the parameters of the working fluid:
Pressure for the transmitter is mainly to monitor the working fluid pressure to meet the pressure requirements of the liquid ring pump operation; flow meter can be real-time measurement of the flow of the working fluid, and the measured value will be transmitted to the data processing, and to determine whether to meet the liquid ring pump on the size of the flow of the working fluid requirements; temperature measurement instrument is mainly to determine the effect of the working fluid through the heat exchanger.
Protection measures in place
When the unit is shipped from the factory, filtration devices are set up on the inlet pipe, the make-up water pipe and the inlet pipe of the pump's working liquid to ensure that the working liquid of the liquid ring pump does not contain abrasive particles; the reflux pipeline is set up in the unit to ensure that the liquid ring pump works under safe and reliable vacuum and discharge pressure; the unit with a high discharge pressure has a safety valve set up on the gas-water separator to avoid the unit's pressure rising and the motor's overload; the unit has a large number of artificial parts, which can be used in the automatic discharge of the working liquid; the temperature measuring instrument mainly judges the effect of the working liquid passing through the heat exchanger. A large number of manual parts are provided, which can be operated manually to ensure the normal operation of the unit when the automatic execution equipment fails, and the faulty equipment can be overhauled and replaced at the same time.
